Q. Can I order from outside of Ho Chi Minh City?
A. It is possible outside of Ho Chi Minh, but there is a difference in order before the order.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A.Standard delivery time is within 2 hours after payment confirmation (Ho Chi Minh City area).
Q. Can I receive the product I ordered right away?
A. Once an order is placed, the florist begins production immediately, so it takes about 30 to 60 minutes.
Q. I want to cancel or modify my order. What do I do?
A. Order cancellation must be requested one day before delivery. (All flowers are prepared in advance the day before delivery.) If you enter incorrect order information such as address, you can contact a customer service representative to make corrections without a separate cancellation.
